- Established and Registered in Taipei, Taiwan in 1992
- Set up R&D / Maintenance Center in Lung-Tan, Taoyuan in 1996 (microwave, navigation & E-O systems)
- Certified for ISO 9002 Quality System in 1999
- Set up Reconnaissance & Information Division at Hualien in 2002
- Set up Marine Systems Division at Kaohsiung in 2003
- Certified by Ministry of Economic Affairs as a manufacturing factory in 2003 and certified for ISO 9001ĄG2000 Quality Management System in the same year
- Established reconnaissance airborne and ground system ILS depot at Hualien in 2004
- Established Image Processing Software Lab at Taipei in 2005
- Part of navigation and production work move to CSIST Lung-Yuan WICE building in 2006
- Set up Technical Service Division, Pymble Engineering Inc. and join Po-Sheng Project
